NEW FOR 1998

  • The 1999 CR 80R, and CR 80R EXPERT have all-new frame designs and revised suspensions to improve turning and overall ridability in this competitive class. All new frame geometry and layout result from steering head relocation (10mm rearward and 10mm down) to produce improved turning performance and straight-line tracking. New rear shock is 1mm shorter for improved handling and balance. together with revised damping force rates, the shock provides superior ride quality. New rear linkage rates improve compliance and provide better wheel control. New handlebar bend optimizes rider position and comfort.
